(child unit) this was an awful expirence imo. the child unit did not look comforting at all and scared me when i first got there. staff are unable to control kid's outbursts and my doctor there didn't even help me. they teach the same things over and over again in the groups. i did not get anythig out of going there (besides a few friends). my mental state is worse and i am terrified of going back there.

My experience at this facility was awesome. The Drs and nursing staff were efficient, compassionate, well trained in trauma. All of the groups were run explicitly. They all offered much needed knowledge. I would highly recommend the traumasci unit.

I was in the TramumaSci unit for about a month and you can tell the staff( nurses, doctors, tech, therapists,etc) really care. My needs were met at all times and was able to feel safe amongst my peers and the staff as well. I recommend this program to anyone looking for a place that will help give you more stability and a sense of felling safe 10/10 experience
