Abrupt and rude. Got covid booster and asked to the individual to confirm what type (Moderna or Pfizer) was given. The curt reply over his shoulder was " you got what you were supposed to".

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this pharmacy is beyond bad. Every time I try to call to ask about my prescriptions, they leave me on hold for longer than 15 minutes until I just give up. The 2 women or pharmacists are extremely rude and have no people skills at all. There is a male technician who is way better. The only reason I keep using this pharmacy is because is 3 minutes from my house. If you want to be treated poorly with no consideration for you as a patient, having to wait for your meds because there are out of stock although you order the same ones every month, please come to this pharmacy, they are experts on poor customer service.

I called to transfer a prescription from a different Publix location to this one as I had recently moved. The Indian man that I spoke to over the phone could not have been more rude to me if he tried. I called back 2 minutes later and asked him to actually cancel that request as I did not like the way he spoke to me. I let him know I’d be taking it to the Walmart across the street and his response was “ok” and he hung up. Really expect better customer service than that from Publix. The Walmart across the street has been fantastic with my prescription for the last 4 months. Would highly recommend them over this Publix pharmacy location.
