I just called this Publix pharmacy to get a refill on my medication, they told me they couldn’t fill it until Monday because they are fully booked for Covid boosters. I get vaccines are a priority but you should have enough staff to do your job aka fill prescriptions. Disappointed and I had my refill transferred out of this pharmacy.

Called to see if prescriptions we're ready, rang for 10 minutes, put on hold for another 10 min speaking to no one. Still being on hold I drove to Publix Pharmacy. When I walked in to the counter the pharmacists we're chatting, no line what so ever! She said can I help you, I said Yes, I've been on hold for 27 min & no one has answered. I would like to know about a prescription that is to be filled. It was 11am. She said it won't be filled till after 4pm. I said well if someone had answered the phone I would have not wasted my time driving up here to find out they were not filled!!! She blamed it on the Covid vaccine but like I stated, no one was there waiting, they just didn't want to answer the phone! Very poor customer service!
