Very rude and not helpful at all the lady who works at the front desk is rude she can’t help with any information you at like she don’t want to be to work at all the website is garbage and needs updated it will only allow you to input your income if you’re work not if yours on disability or retired and all of the properties are ran down and disgusting.

If I could give this property The Upton a negative star, I would. The customer service is extremely rude. The leasing lady agent (who refused to give me her name) was rude and disgusting and Toby is not helpful at all and I didn't want to think it has to do with the color of our skin but it does and its a shame that we still have to go through racial profiling. I am a medical professional and my husband has been with the school board for over 20 years and we do not deserve such disgusting treatment. I was hoping that the reviews were wrong about this apartment complex but they are not and its disheartening. Do not waste your time and money on them and save the stress and find your home at a different location. The Upton, you are going to loose a lot more tentative tenants with the current staff that you have and its a shame.

I have been in the two bedroom unit of a four-plex for almost two years. My personal experience has been quite good. They(Max) don't bother me and I don't bother them unless it is something I can't fix. Then, I simply put in a request online and someone competent comes within a day or two and fixes the issue properly. I have never had to ask twice. This will be my 22nd year in Croissant Park, and only my second apartment. I have over 900 sq feet instead of 430 sq feet I used to have. Pricey for me, but a good deal considering the area. Totally worth it as long as they don't raise the rent until I get a raise during this terrible inflation. :) The major appliances have some years on them, but they are quite clean and work quite well. I love my large fridge and freezer. The gaskets are newish and 100% mildew free.. I love my place, my neighbors and the neighborhood. I have no plans on looking for anywhere else. Met the owner recently. Hard worker. He seems pretty cool. He was busy, but took the time to be very polite to me. Tip: ALWAYS pay your rent on time or a day or two early... IN FULL, no matter what it takes. I find that creates the best possible relationship.
