I’ve been going to this office for a few years now. The waiting times are terrible. Expect to spend at-least an hour waiting every time. I was late to my appointment last week and had to wait about 2 hours. Although I’ve been going to this office for years I feel Dr. Calvo doesn’t have any recognition of her own patients or patient history. It’s very unsettling and cold to go into an office and feel like it’s the first time there. I believe Dr. Calvo has been a doctor a very long time that she doesn’t have the patience nor care to answer and questions or concerns. Last year I had a UTI and had been experiencing irregular periods. I went into the office three times for intense cramps and overall sick feeling. I kept getting brushed off as it’s your hormonal imbalance, stress, depression etc. I had to go to the ER for intense cramps,lower back pain, dizziness and blood in my urine. I had a severe UTI. I peed in a cup at Dr. Calvo office three times! I’ve finally had enough and requesting my medical records to switch offices. If you want a kind, caring, compassionate female doctor and staff it isn’t here.

Made appt, your office txt confirmation, went to see you, filled out papers & then when I handed my insurance card........she said they don't take my insurance.......WHY, as my insurance was posted in my account that no one told me this.........you wasted my time....incompetence of your staff & so disappointed!

Dr. Calvo is a very thorough and caring provider. She always spends time with her patients and makes sure all their concerns are addressed. She is friendly and tries to get to know her patients on a personal level. Her office is a pleasure to deal with, as well. I highly recommend Dr. Calvo.
