Today it sucked, the card reader wouldn’t work. And I had three cars on the other side pass thru with no issues. Had to get out of my car and go get a attendant. Thought it was my card, but that wasn’t it. One of those days I guess.

Gosh I forgot his name, but he was working today with the manager and he was so kind. He took off my antenna, and taped up the bumper that was damaged in an accident, just to make sure it didn't rip off from the spinning cloth thingys. Truly professional and trustworthy cleaning!

Did not clean my vehicle the amount a $14 wash should. The grill and front bumper are all still dirty, mirrors aren’t clean, and left black marks all along BOTH sides of the truck. I had to scrub them all off after. Barely cleaned my truck. Not recommended.

Was there today and one the the machines got stuck to my bumper and took it off all the right side. Made a huge crack on it and since my door has a dent in it they're syaing its due to prior damage on the door . the dent is no where near the bumper. Told the manager he said best he could do is refund me. So I called seattle office and they said he was supposed to give me a form so I had to go back and get the form now someone is supposed to come look at my car tomorrow but I can tell per our call already made up his Mind. Anyone else had this issue . please message because it seems unfair. Their must be a way to sew. Its the principle . bumper was on and secure and on the way out on their video bumper is literally dragging on the floor.
