Everything’s good. They have staging area. Overnight parking. 2 hours to unload. But one thing that bothers me that why there’s a lumper fee. Why don’t you guys include it before in the prices.

Very nice place to deliver. I went to deliver engineering and maintenance equipment, hence no appointment needed. The security personnel were very polite. Upon entrance, park your teuck then walk to the check-in booth. They will allocate a number to your truck. At your appointment time, they will call and allocate the sock. It's a very big space to back up at the dock. Overall nice place to deliver at. Receiving is not at the Pacific Ave.
