I have an open claims because one of your clients hit my vehicle. It was determined that your party was at fault. Anyway, I fell ill this past week and have been admitted into the hospital with colitis and deathly low potassium. Every day I have received reminder texts to tell me to send in pictures for my claim. I texted back that I have been admitted into the hospital and it would be a couple days before I could send in pictures. So today the claims guy called me and had the nerve to leave a voicemail that said “it only takes about 5 minutes to take those pictures” and if he doesn’t hear back from me that he is closing my case. He did say as well “I got your message and I hope you are okay”, however coupled with his next few words it definitely did not sound very genuine. Okay it takes 5 minutes to take those pictures but what? You want me to go downstairs to the hospital parking lot with a midline in my arm to take photos? When I called him back and asked to speak to a manager he apologized profusely saying “he didn’t realize it was that serious”. But I specifically said that I was admitted in the hospital and people don’t get admitted in the hospital for no reason. If it wasn’t that big of a deal then they would have sent me home. I am not impressed. I shouldn’t be stressed out and upset over a claims right now. I should be focused on recovering and my health. Because the claims doesn’t mean anything if I am dead.

Our car insurance policy got cancelled due to using towing services . Mind you is part of the policy. Insurance policies are out of control. You pay monthly for coverage and then get penalized for making a claim. Is a joke and no control. Not worth it.
