Mushroom entree did not have a mushroom taste and was drenched in a rich sauce. // They seem to allow someone who lives on the streets to re-organize their stuff in the foyer area. Did not seem like a one-off event. // Counter staff could have been friendlier. // Staff allowed our group to stay past closing. // Clean restaurant and bathroom.

This is a vegetarian/vegan restaurant that sells Israeli street food. I am always looking for new spots when I visit D.C., I decided to give them a try during my last visit. I had the Mushroom Shawama pita. The oyster mushrooms were seasoned well and everything tasted so fresh. The downside for some is the cashless service with ordering using a kiosk. Would definitely try them again during another visit. There were other options I would love to try.

I lived in Israel for several years, and this hummus is the closest I've had stateside to what I had in Israel-- in short, it is amazing! Great falafel as well. The pita was only ok, but let's face it, pita is only a vehicle to deliver said delicious hummus to your mouth. Very quick turnaround from placing order to getting the food.

Not sure about winter but during nice weather, there is seating outside
I don't think they ship, it's a fast casual restaurant.
