Jack in the box periodically shows a special on some of their Taco Bell food items on tv and it shows a lower price than what the Jack in the box in Pocatello actually charges in my opinion that's false advertisement. I contacted the corporate office I suggest anyone that feels that this is not right then they should contact corporate office as well

we went through the drive thru and the radio accidentally turned on. the guy told us not to yell at him we apologized and explained the situation and all he said was “well it was still really loud”. we pulled to the window and paid and as he was handing us our food he screamed at us “here is your order goodbye”.

The food is good but the service can be lacking at times. Make sure to check your bag before pulling away from the drive thru! I went through and got two orders of tiny tacos, one plain, the other loaded and some curly fries with my burger. Was meeting my family at the park for lunch. I made the mistake of not checking the bag before leaving, get to the park and they forget the loaded tiny tacos. How do you forget a box of food!

I work in fast food and I understand what needs to be done to be safe and make customers happy. However, what happened today is unacceptable. When I first walked inside, I immediately was greated with a sight of a dirty milkshake machine. This machine looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Ice cream is supposed to be kept cold and the room temperature ice cream that was on the machines definitely was not. If you ordered a shake, there is no telling what would be mixed inside. After we ordered our food I was watching to see how it was made, and I saw fries being taken from already packed fries, and put into new ones to top them off with their hands. We finally got our food and we were passing it out to the group and we realized that our fries were made wrong. My sister ordered a large regular fry and received a large curly fry. And my other sister ordered a medium curly fry that costs extra and received a medium that was half filled with regular fries then coverd with a layer of curly fries as if it was an attempt to cover up the problem. We also ordered sauces that cost ¢25 a piece and received none of them. When we asked about the sauce, they gave us the correct assortment, but when I went to the counter to make the fry situation right, I stood there and watched as they used a used fry container to fill half with new curly fries then they took tongs and put the old ones I brought to the counter on top to finish it off. While not pleased with this solution, but I didn't know what else to do, I went back to the table. A few minutes later, we watched as they poured the remaining regular fries from the returned container which had been out for at least 15 minutes to the fry dumps to be served along side another customers order. Throughout the time we were there, we were not able to witness any employees wash hands after handling food, brooms and trash. All in all, the very poor customer service, the huge inaccuracies on the order, and the huge blatant disregard for food safety, this experience puts this at the top of my list of places I would never visit again.
