Tried to order food before I had to work tonight. Online ordered. Time quoted for delivery was 645pm. Order at 545. Called to find out where was our food at time quoted. They told me they just put it in the oven. Unacceptable that I would have waited almosted 2hrs for food. Ended up canceling and running to McDonald's.

We live outside of the delivery zone but my boyfriend has called on three different occasions and the guy who answered the phone was extremely nice and accommodates us. This is unfortunately the only pizza place that will delivery to our house that is right outside of downtown new Albany. Don’t know the name of the guy taking orders but he’s very pleasant which is something you don’t find a lot these days.
