The customer service at this store is terrible. I purchased 6 air hoses. 3 were put into service but failed very quickly by ballooning up. I went in to return the other three that were still unopened. The manager said that he could not take the return because my air compressor was putting out too much pressure. When I argued this point he said he could not take the return because the receipt was a photo copy. When I said I would go get the original, he said he could not take the return because it was past 30 days. I explained to him that I was a longtime loyal customer and would not ever be back to this store again. He was ok with that. I called corporate and filed a grievance #IMS0814118. I was told either the store manager or district manger would contact me within 48 business hours. It's been a month, no call.

There are other farm stores with better in-store selections and lower prices. Workers were nice enough.

Nice store. Friendly helpful staff. Prices on par with the big box stores. Best place on town for propane tank refills.

Staff are always very helpful. All of the products we have purchased are good quality. The toys make it fun for the kids to go with and they are not to expensive.
