Don’t go to the one in Cicero if you’re a girl. An employee named kyle tried to charge me 250$ for an inspection. When I got there I asked for an inspection and he said very rudely “Um for 250$ you can”. I called another vavoline nearby and they said an inspection is 21$.

My daughter brought her car there for an oil change and a horrible employee by the name of Ryan was rude and disrespectful. He tried to tell her she needed all these additional parts and services, which she didn’t. When my daughter asked about the cost of a inspection, he told her $250.00. Thank god she called me first because she left, went to a different Vavoline(in Liverpool, NY) and they were nice, treated her with respect, and charged the the right amount. Stay away from Vavoline in Cicero, NY, especially Ryan!

Hi Kathlene! Your vehicle has a few oil change options. Your vehicle does require our full synthetic oil which is $89.99 and it also requires over 5 qts of oil, which adds an additional $5. The oil change includes your standard oil filter, as well as maintenance checks and fluid top offs! Please let us know if there is anything further we can help with!
