Overpriced and Overcharged.... their work was fine and routine.... but $900 for replacing 2 radiator hoses and a flush is excessive!!! Came here due to convenience and wont be making that mistake again. Most shops will wave the diag especially since it wasnt an actual computer diagnostic needed... u could clearly see the hose blew. Mind you after paying and picking up i still had to have them come out w the tool to clear the code. Sorry i took it there and the owners are unreasonable when i brought up the complaint. NO WORRIES.... Reviews over customer service go along way. If you want to overpay and have your money waster take it to them.

Got my transmission serviced by the rudest people I’ve ever met in a “professional” setting. Shifting blame so they don’t have to cover warranty items and now my exhaust has a very bad leak. I now have to take my truck to a muffler shop and get it repaired so I don’t get cursed at again by the counter staff. (Not Kevin he was nice) Very rude people. Never doing business there again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Yes they have an after hours key drop

Do you do emission testing?

Hi Joseph - Access created a delay in answering so please allow us to address your question... There is no emission testing or inspections for Florida therefore our repair shop does not provide emission testing before visiting an inspection station. HOWEVER, if you're asking if we perform diagnostic work and repair work on vehicles that have issues with their evaporative systems (or general drivability issues) then, yes, we do.
