Staff is amazing, could not decide on 2 shoes because of fitment. She said get them both and return the pair you don't like WITHIN A YEAR. A year return policy, that is unheard of and so amazing they offer that. The guy at the register reiterated if you don't like them bring them back no questions ask and grab another pair that works for you. Great service in store, some items are a little more but you truly get what you are paying for and it is well worth it.

I have been a member for many years at REI. Recently, I took my bike to be overhauled. They quoted my one price and asked a higher price when I went to pay because they forgot to add in the cost of the tires. Two weeks later, flat tire which is free to fix for members ... Or so the sign said. Not free, I had to pay for the tube. The bike is doing fine, but I'm thinking communication needs to improve in the bike shop at REI.
