Located in the first floor which is accessible to the parking lot. In general there's a good selection of apparel and the collection is updated frequently. I had an unpleasant experience with a knitted piece that I purchased and that shrank to a lower size after washing and drying. The store was unwilling to let me trade it for another without receipt. The designers should consider that the American market doesn't consider sundry pieces, there's no patios where to dry the clothing. The manager was unwilling to help even though I explained that it was unacceptable to have a piece shrank so much in a single washing

How petty and cheap that ZARA store is charging shopping paper bags for .10 cents and without letting the customer know about it until you walk looking at the receipt. Here is a question for the comment sense people, are you seriously going back into the store to ask for your .10 cent and walking out the store with no bag with a price tag looking like you stole a shirt and pair of pants which is an embarrassment? I understand another state charges grocery bags for recycling but not for clothes. Gap store and another store don't charge for bags. Never again shop there at ZARA.

i shop last year at this location the employees was so rude , i went today and it was even worse , never seen like this bad customer service at any clothes shop, the line was too long with only one rude cashier, with no thank you when he hand you the bag , not worth it , Never shop at Zara at any location
