The sign says "November" and nothing else. From looking inside, I'd say early December.
I believe they were to be closed for a total of 45 days. There are certainly more locations however the one in Springfield is super close to me and they are remodeling it to even include a bakery. Their goal is to re-open on Friday November 3rd. Hopefully they will have more room for a higher selection inventory.
Aldi has none that I know of. However, I did hear of plans to build a Lidl in Kingstowne.
