I liked seeing all the pets. But it needs a grooming place. I went to another petco for grooming and shave down my dog and sent me to a veterinarian. When I lived in Springfield they would shave down my dog with no problem.

The store manager, Jennifer, is amazing. Always has a wonderful attitude and greets my pup with a smile and a treat. She is a great problem solver and goes out of her way for her costumers. Had a great experience with her tonight helping with a return.

Wow! I drove 30 minutes to come here and get my dog's nails clipped. We were just DENIED SERVICE BECAUSE SHE'S IN A WHEELCHAIR?!?! WOW! See can lift every leg up, no problem annd is such a sweetie! I'm so upset!!! Not handicapped accessible!? They told me to go to West Hartford!
