Don’t go to this place in Apple Valley, they don’t want you sitting on chairs in the waiting room. They want you to make an appointment online they don’t want you going to make it as a walk-in or using their kiosk. It’s like you gotta call only or make the appointment online using your mobile device, they give only two options 😠

Go to the quest on queen street. Went in and had to schedule an appt 45 minutes in advance. After waiting 15 minutes I was told I had to leave and come back 5 minutes before. No one in waiting room or in back.

Quest staff is friendly, and helpful. Never felt the needle for blood work I needed before my physical, and I was able to stop and get it done on my way home.

I don't know? There is no front desk. There is a kiosk they use to check people in. I know there is a phone in the back the phlebotomist use because she used it to call my insurance. Keep trying.
I believe you can but if not, you can have the doctor that receives the results send them to the doctor of your choice.
