We were absolutely shocked at the follow up with the ct lighting company after we spent over $3,000 plus to furnish our new home. We purchased '10' lights, 5-ceiling fans and 5-lights, with the important fact that we picked up 8 of the 10 lights. We worked with Kevin Bolasevich, who initially was good to work with, however, when we anticipated that the delivery of the finally 2 lights, he disappeared. Being frustrated at his follow up, I personally spoke to the CEO David Director to rectify our disappointment, only to receive the same non-responsive communication. I personally spoke to Mr. Direction on, Saturday, July 30th and he specifically stated he would Sent and or call with delivery expectation of our final 10th light, only to state that today, August 4th, we never ever received any communication at all in regards to this final light delivery. I guess it was a good move to have picked up the 8 lights/ceiling fans. A sad and unbelievable lack of dealing with a customer's needs and expectations.

I have a lamp that I got from my grandparents house after they passed. I've been looking for a srew on replacement piece that goes on top to keep the shade in place every where for 2 years now. I stopped in the Southington location and a very helpful gentleman said he knew exactly what I needed. He told me to wait, he might have one in back. He found one for me. I couldn't believe it. Lowe's, Home Depot and Amazon did not have it. When I asked him how much it was, he said nothing just come back when you need lighting.I will definitely be back to the Southington location to buy a floor lamp for my living room. Thank you so much mister. You made my day. Can't stop smiling when I look at my lamp.
