At first i was scared to do micro-suction ear wax removal. I'm a hypochondriac at it's best form, I will google every possible thing that can go wrong and let me tell you these ladies here my PA-C Irina, Arianna, Katia, and Cindy all calmed me down reassured me it will be fine and were all very friendly and lovely people to have a conversation with. It wasn't like your typical check-in and wait awkward silence. Everyone was speaking with each other great experience. 10/10 WOULD RECCOMEND!!! Thanks ladies good job!

I was in need of an appointment before my insurance coverage lapsed, and they squeezed me in at the very last minute and addressed my problems quickly, answered every question I had and helped me understand my condition in a way no previous ENT specialist had.
