You'll have someone constantly checking your rental. They do not give deposits back, they'll find any excuse not too. Take too long for repairs. I would choose Coldwell realty any time over this place for rentals. Kim Miller is unprofessional and rude. Do yourself a favor and run from this place. The negative comments are basically the reality of the treatment you'll get from these people. Don't waste your energy or money here. Shop elsewhere.

I am 31 years old and I come from a military background where I have moved ALOT. This was the worst experience to man kind. Everything I did in the property was a complaint. From having a four wheeler and where I Parked. Kim told me in my lease agreement they would do quarterly visit to inspect my house and those quarterly visits turned into driving pass my house daily in a black car or a white car peaking in my property (via I have cameras around my house so I know) they felt they should be allowed in my house unsupervised but when I turned in my keys someone had been waiting to get their refrigerator fixed for the last 3 months so why they haven’t just gone in there house??! Then I was told I had a human and their dog sleeping on my lanai in this Florida heat, but I asked for pictures and Kim would not show me she said she didn’t have to show me!
