This has one big benefit as it's wheelchair accessible but not much to see. Water was very high and muddy when we went. No boats or kayaks.

Park was clean, but just not a whole lot to do here- swimming is currently not permitted.

Campers are the volunteers who take care of the park. Dogs allowed on Leach. No pets allowed down ramp to spring. Pets are not allowed to swim in the spring. Many diver's on the platform, they don't want to deal with pet's on ramp and dock while preparing to make a dive.
Two ways. You could just put it in at the main ramp, but the zig-zag ramp to the water is a little challenging. The other option is to walk it down the wood path which is just past the picnic tables towards the cabins. If you walk straight towards the river between the cabins their is a large path down to the dock where kayaks can go easily. The second option is further, but less of a hassle when it comes to manuvering.
Lake City and Gainesville. .. I hope all is well...
There is a nice floating dock at the park on the suwannee side with steps and boardwalk. The "run" and the spring itself is buoyed off. Very short walk to springs entry.
No camping. Bathrooms are very clean. Park sign says it closes at 8:45pm now
Not that kind of spring...just flows directly into the Suwannee. There's what's left of a Civil War era boat sunk in the spring.
I've never seen them at Troy.
Closest camping would probably be Suwannee River Rendezvous , up river from Troy.
