Campers are the volunteers who take care of the park. Dogs allowed on Leach. No pets allowed down ramp to spring. Pets are not allowed to swim in the spring. Many diver's on the platform, they don't want to deal with pet's on ramp and dock while preparing to make a dive.
I saw campers there when I was there. And you are allowed to have your dog on a leash and must pick up after them.
No overnight camping here but dogs are allowed on a leash.
