Our central vac went out and with one phone call A1 was able to ascertain that our unit was too old to be repaired. They throughly explained what we needed and had a new unit to us with in 3 days. The install was less than 25 minutes and was done right. You can tell they are the type of people you can trust to do what they say. Happy we found A1 and I highly recommend.

I was in this store yesterday. I met Larry, what a nice and informative guy. They have a good assortment of vacuums. I love Simplicity, he showed me thier new cordless model with an hour battery life and tons of suction. When I'm ready for a new vac I will definitely be going to see him. Great store for customer service and pricing.

Larry is phenomenal to work with. He is so knowledgeable and helpful. The unit was very reasonably priced. Larry & Chris were punctual to the appointment, the unit was installed in a couple of hours and Larry explained how everything worked. They cleaned up everything nicely. I would highly recommend this store and Larry & Chris.
