Had a big sign outside that said "Walk ins Welcome" So I went in. Shop was empty except for two employees sitting there doing nothing. I asked for a shave and they said they didn't have anything available until 5:45 pm (it was 1pm when I went in). I laughed and walked out.

100% recommend and it’s a great way to start a vacation by feeling good and looking sharp. Me and my brother got our beards trimmed and haircuts I will be back every time we visit Disney I love them here. thanks guys for the great experience can’t wait to come back. Place has trash communication skills and will waste your time. Terrible customer service when speaking to their clients. Granted, I was 10 minutes late but called and made them aware I would be. Once I arrive I was told “I lEfT yOu A VoIcEmAiL” well that really helps when I was on the phone with you 5 minutes ago genius, Pretty smart. Best part was they wouldn’t be able to squeeze me in today meanwhile “walk-ins are welcome on their door” AND 3 of them were standing in the store talking and not doing anything. Hope the rest of their appointments don’t show up the rest of the day which I’m sure would be a blessing to employees because clearly none of them wanted to work or knew basic social skills.
