Called to get a consultation and spoke to Stacie, who was extremely upfront and helpful. Even though my claim limit was too small Stacie still took the time to point me in the right direction. Super professional and honest!

Questions & Answers

Do you have success in helping Chubb Insurance policyholders get paid fairly?

Peter Marlin | Oct 1, 2020
Experienced Public Adjusters | Oct 1, 2020

We specialize in handle Chubb Insured's with their Chubb Insurance when they are underpaid. We know their policy language and how they in our opinion attempt to underpay insurance claims. Just recently in the month of August 2020 our Founder, Davd Dwyer and Public Adjuster was able to take a claim that paid out less that $50,000 to the insured and was able to get an undisputed payment for an additional 1.35 million! This claim is still open and he his not finished pursuing pre-loss condition on this claim.

How long does it take an insurance adjuster to come out?

Jim Oreily | Oct 1, 2020
Experienced Public Adjusters | Oct 1, 2020

That’s a question that can’t be easily answered. Typically, you will be contacted within 1-3 days and they will come out to investigate the loss as soon as possible. After storms like Hurricane Irma people waited 1-2 months for a field adjuster to arrive. Not to mention they went through 4-5 different desk adjusters assigned to their claim. This is why you need a Public Adjuster to advocate for your best interest. They manage the process and document everything and have to maintain the file for 5 years. This allows you the comfort to know that someone is doing everything they can within the Florida Statutes and the language of your policy to get you a fair settlement. Florida Statute requires the insurance carrier to provide 48 hours’ notice before they can send anyone to your property.

Pamela Mazur | Oct 1, 2021
Experienced Public Adjusters | Oct 1, 2021

That is a very broad question. if you're asking if we are experts and insurance claims that have mold as part of the damages I would tell you that we are more than experts in that area. Thank you for that question. If there's more details we would be happy to provide a free consultation to go over the specifics. David Dwyer Owner

Does your company have success representing homeowners with Chubb Insurance Claims?

Andrea Acosta | Oct 1, 2020
Experienced Public Adjusters | Oct 1, 2020

Chubb Insurance a Federal Insurance Company has many great attributes however in our opinion their adjusting staff does not always pay claims fairly and in accordance with the policy language you are entitled too. We have settled claims over 2,000 and higher of the initial Chubb Insurance Adjusters offer from their initial inpection. Any claim is worth a free review from an Experienced Public Adjuster! Expecially a Chubb Insurance Claim!

What is a Private Adjuster? What is A Loss Adjuster?

David Dwyer | Oct 1, 2020
Experienced Public Adjusters | Oct 1, 2020

A Private Adjuster or a Loss Adjuster working for the homeowner or business owner is just another name for the official name, Public Adjuster provided by The State of Florida Department of Financial Services. A Public Adjuster, Loss Adjuster, Private Adjuster are adjusters that work on behalf of an insured that has an insurance claim on their home or their business. They document, inspect, estimate damages and work toward the effective negotiation of a fair settlement for the insured. They work for you! Not the Insurance Companies.

Why would you use a Public Adjuster over an Attorney?

David Dwyer | Oct 2, 2019
David Dwyer | Oct 2, 2019

A public adjuster is an expert at identifying damages that are caused by a covered loss, they document and build a foundation I'm supporting evidence to help maximize a settlement. There may come a time when attorney is helpful, however a public adjuster works on your behalf and only gets paid if you get paid. So they work as hard as possible to make sure they don't miss any damages make sure you get paid fairly.
