I asked for Tiffany Jack, she was person that had assisted my husband several years ago. She was very professional, explained all of the steps of the hearing test and gave me multiple options for hearing aids. I am so pleased with the new hearing aids, no problem adjusting and always available if you need help. Thank you Tiffany.

My mother has been going here for quite a while when they were Village Ear. They are now Connect Hearing, I think they have been merged with that company. My mother has a Cochlear implant and a hearing aid. Be warned..he is anti-cochlear and will put negative connotations in his customers ear. He also misinformed us when we questioned him about other hearing aid options that might be better and compatible with a cochlear, telling us the company Resound hearing aids went out of business several years ago after we asked about them at the recommendation of her Cochlear specialist. They are not only NOT out of business, but rather the type of hearing aid recommended on the Cochlear website. TODD IS NOT LOOKING OUT FOR HIS CUSTOMERS BEST INTERESTS.
