They are but the area (especially during the winter months) gets very busy so appointments are recommended. You cannot be guaranteed to be seen anywhere around here without an appointment.
We will always attempt to handle any walk in of possible but it is always better to call the office first and then we can assure you will get the time set aside necessary to take care of anything you need
