Walked in at 9:10am with the assumption that walk-ins were welcome, as the door and website stated. Was "greeted" by an extremely unfriendly older woman, who said their next appointment wasn't until 1:15pm. I expected to wait an hour or even 2 to avoid an ER, I didn't expect to need an appointment for an urgent care claiming to take walk-ins. I probably wouldn't be so irritated by this if the front desk staff weren't so miserable, making me feel like a burden and just a number walking in the door to deal with. I have been up all night, I'm exhausted and not in the mood. After reading reviews, I see I am not the first to have this experience.

Giggle, laugh, and discuss crockpot recipes on your own time. I have the utmost respect for the 10% of Healthcare workers who are committed to their jobs and do them efficiently and effectively. To the other 90%......Fastmed is probably hiring. Unbelievable !!
