The place had great service but the breakfast is gross, and the hot tub needs cleaned. The bathrooms need repears, but the rooms are nice.

The Quality Inn located in Arkansas City, KS was a great night sleep! The staff were really polite, and our room clean and quiet. The breakfast was a self serve with bagels, waffles, coffee, etc, and it made a travelers tummy happy. Thanks for keeping up with customer service and making folks feel welcome!

Continental breakfast was disappointing. 2%milk was going bad..waffle batter tasted bland..(old)

Changing my review to poor. I found even though I paid for the room through my credit card app I was charged by the hotel as well. hot tub smelled terrible, room was the pits and I was double charged and now have to spend 30 min on the phone to get it cleared up. LAME
