I called DE EZ today and spoke with Janelle. I was really worried because I went through the reviews, but my experience today was different. Janelle spoke in a respectful, calming tone and helped me navigate my online account to answer my concerns. I am so appreciative and want to send a shout out to Janelle! I called at about 7:15am and had no wait time. Lucky me 🙂.

Uncaring irresponsive terrible customer service. Continued fees attached to a senior citizens vehicle . Ticket was initially unjust as there were no staff people at bridge booth. Nevertheless after denied appeals customer paid ticket. Then more tickets were given same day same picture. Truly highway robbery. God bless you all.

Absolutely terrible, rude, idiotic staff. The epitome of civil service employees. On more than one occasion I have had the displeasure of dealing with these idiots. I attempted to return an unused transponder and they refused to take it from me. I apparently am not on the ez pass account only my my wife is. They easily could have offered to call my wife to confirm her desire to return the transponder. They could see that a third responder was sent to our home when my wife added her new car, but still refused to help me. I had a previous similar experience a few years ago. Terrible, unhelpful people!!

Their online account service is down 90% of the time. Returns a " HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable." error message. Hope they are not running their webserver off of a pentium desktop. The transponder according to EZpass is working, even showed toll paid at the toll plaza but transactions have not showed up after 5 days now, the one time i was able to login

Lol! I have PA EZ Pass and I appealed it!! I still owe them $155! I have EZ Pass!!!!! What the heck is this scam about anyway. And I just received this rejection on June 15th and I had by the 11th to pay my violation???My violation for what??? I am throwing my EZPass away and I will be paying the $1 in cash!!! Thank you EZPass and Delaware
Live in NJ and got a DE ezpass. I believe I get better discounts in de and md
Call the EZ pass office near you and speak to customer service.
You can use the same ez pass from Delaware in NJ. Don't need to change it.
Yes you can inside
Go to one of the ezpass customer service centers ( Newark Toll plaza, Biddles toll plaza or Dover toll plaza) or the main customer service center in Dover and ask them to reset your PIN. You will get an email to give you new access to your acct online. Also any of those locations can change your credit card for you but if it's your son's catd he will need to be there with ID. You should also make sure he's listed on your acct as a contact.
Delaware does not offer senior citizen discounts.
Go to the website sign up and then you can view your account and transactions
You can buy an ezpass and it can be used in va but not in Florida
You do not have to be a resident of Delaware
You can, however you will need to then update your account with you or permanent license plate number as soon as you get it.
Well, DE & MD both use E-Z pass BUT you do not get a discount in MD with a DE E-Z Pass unit. I don't know if you get one with MD either :-( You might need to contact each to find out :-(
