Bob and his crew get 5++ stars for the effort they undertook to remove the old hot tub and deliver the new one. This job had to take at least twice as long as expected, but if they ever got exasperated, they never let on. Run into an obstacle, find a way around it. Kudos to them. I reserve a 5-star overall for two reasons. When I bought the tub, they indicated on the invoice a delivery date 4-5 days later. When I tried to confirm that day, I was informed they do no deliveries on that day (a Monday). What bothered me more was that the salesperson told me he was looking at the invoice and it showed a delivery 2 days later on Wed. I have the carbon copy, which clearly states the Monday. Not the end of the world but at least admit the mistake. The other frustration was that I expected them to wire the hot tub when they delivered it. Turns out they don’t do the wiring, so I then had to schedule an electrician, adding another week to the process. They need to make a point to customers that they do NOT do wiring, so the customer can arrange an electrician in a more timely fashion. In the end, I will get this up and running 3 weeks later than expected. In the grand scheme of things, first world problems.
