All of the employees that have helped me at this location are great and super friendly!!! I am always greeted when I come in which means a lot. Today Chase was coming from the back when I came in, greeted me right away, asked how I was doing (and listened to me complain a little) and most importantly, got me in and out in a jiffy!! This is legitimately the best UPS store around. If they’re closed I’ll just wait until the next day rather than go to another location or shipping store. I am always in an out in a flash! The few times that there has been a long line they always bring someone else up to help and every employee has always been super friendly and helpful. Today I was assisted by Chase and as ever my experience was awesome.
