I have been struggling with acne for a few years and have seen a dermatologist for a while but my skin was never how i wanted it to be. Since starting a ZO regimen that was created for me and receiving micro needling treatments my skin has been the best it has been in years. The staff is super friendly and helpful. My lips and botox treatments always come out wonderfully. Best medispa I have been too. Always look forward to my visits.

I just have to say I had the absolute best experience here! Madison was so welcoming and pleasant from the minute I walked in the door along with a smile on her face. I have never gotten any sort of service done like this, but there was no hesitation or anxiety at all. I am so happy with my results as I had some pretty predominate lines between my brows. Lorraine was great and very informative. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time as I have never been like I said earlier which ended my service great! I left feeling so happy and couldn't wait to see my results! I will definitely be coming back when the time comes and have been telling everyone about this place since!

Questions & Answers

What are the options to improve sun damage and freckles?

Charmed Medispa | May 8, 2022
Charmed Medispa | May 8, 2022

This is a popular concerns. There are many options at Charmed Medispa. The first thing we do is educate you to avoid tanning and excessive sun exposure. When we are certain you are committed to that, we often start our patients on a medical grade skin program with ZO Skin Health to improve the cellular health and strength of your skin. Technology can be used as well including lasers and Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) which dramatically improves sun damage giving way to clear, bright skin. Chemical peels like the ViPeel or 3 Step Peel by Dr. Obagi are other resources we can use as well as microneedling. The most important aspect is to let us evaluate your skin and make a plan that will be customized to your skin condition and concerns.

What type of filler is used for lips?

Charmed Medispa | May 8, 2022
Charmed Medispa | May 8, 2022

At Charmed Medispa, we have fillers that are designed to be best used in certain areas of the face or body. If you want your lips smoother and plumper, it is important to use a lip filler that is not bulky or used for lifting (like the cheeks) but in contrast a filler that is flexible and stretchy just like your lips are. You want your lips to feel natural. Our expert injector will evaluate your lip structure and educate you about filler and your choices. You can feel confident knowing that your provider has advanced training and techniques for all of your filler needs.

Is Sculptra a filler?

Charmed Medispa | May 8, 2022
Charmed Medispa | May 8, 2022

Yes and no. Sculptra is a biostimulator injection which means that it does not fill areas like traditional fillers that use hyaluronic acid (Restylane, Juvederm, Versa). Instead, Sculptra looks like water with the active ingredient in it call Poly-L-Lactic Acid that will stimulate your body to make your own collagen. This stimulation can produce tighter, firmer skin that mimics filler. Sculptra is a great treatment to improve crepey and loose skin of the lower face. Our patients love that it works slowly but reliably.

Charmed Medispa | Oct 5, 2020

Botox is a treatment that will relax muscles and is commonly done for wrinkles that occur when you smile, frown and lift your eyebrows. Botox is not an immediate result and it will take a few days to start working and 2 weeks to have full results. The most common areas for Botox treatment is between the brows, forehead, crow's feet and chin area. Filler, in contrast, is used to lift and smooth the skin. Filler is used in the folds and wrinkles in the face but you will continue to move. Filler is most commonly used in the lips, folds around the mouth and cheek area. Filler lasts 6-18 months depending on the place of injection. Our med spa specializes in both Botox and fillers advanced applications for both treatments.
