held a birthday party there for about 30 guests. The room was already set up as we requested. Restrooms were clean and staff were very helpful. Would definately use the facilities again.

This is definitely a 5 star senior center. The activities and programs programs are almost endless. Lunch is available every day Monday through Friday for a bout $5. If you are a senior in the Newark area and haven't been here, you should take a look.

Very friendly and helpful people that volunteer and go there. Jazzercise is absolutely pleasant. We need to keep moving or we will stop. They have so many things to do.

Yes if your income is $60,000 or under. You may have to be a member of th he center, I am not sure about that.
NSC offers a lot of activities to get involved with. I take the Ageless Exercise Aquatic program and now have a lot of new friends. They offer classes in a number of interest. They run trips both day and longer. Something for everyone. Come join us.
The NSC is currently closed. Meals on Wheels is still operating.

Taxes are prepared by AARP volunteers each Friday from the first Friday in February through April. It is a first come first served basis. The doors open at 7:30 and taxes are prepared through noon each day.
$30 a year, just pay at front desk, simple as that. You can also pay lifetime membership $300.
All donations were due by Friday, April 20th. Be sure to come to the sale starting on Thursday through Saturday at noon.
Newsletter says every Friday 8am till noon thru 04/13. 1st come 1st served. Provided by AARP volunteers.
Newsletter shows some art activities-workshops & classes. Can perhaps view online.
