Called in a rush asking for a floral arrangement for my parent's 25th anniversary. They had a wrap ready in 45 minutes that was lovely! As someone who has never purchased a flower arrangement before they made it work with very little direction/help from me. Would recommend to anyone, especially first-time flower buyers!

I was extremely disappointed with the flower arrangement that they delivered. It looked nothing like the flowers I had ordered - red roses instead of peach colored roses (it was listed as a “Summer Dunes” arrangement). There was nothing …Of the very rare instances that we have complaints, the overwhelming majority are from people who ordered through 1-800 flowers or a similar company. This person placed their order through 1-800 flowers and we filled the order for them. After delivering this order successfully, we received a request from 1-800 flowers to send another bouquet as there was an issue with the arrangement. 1-800 flowers did not give any details. Wanting to know what the issues were I called the recipient to find out what was wrong with the arrangement. She was not aware of any problem and said she thought the arrangement was "beautiful". Soon after, I received a call from the sender. She was livid. She stated how disappointed she was with the arrangement and on and on about "don't send anything else", "there were red roses instead of peach", and mostly generic complaints of how could we do such a terrible job. I tried to explain that the (outstanding) designer who made this had gone home for the day and I would find out from her what the arrangement consisted of. The sender did not want me to do anything for her, never gave me a chance to react to the situation, nor give Countryside Florist a chance to counter any claims. The sender was extremely upset and continued to aggressively state the same points to the point where it was pointless to continue our "conversation". This women was irate and unreasonable for the entire call. I did not know at the time but I do know now that she was absolutely wrong on the color of the roses, a beautiful orange that complimented the "Summer Dunes" look perfectly. After speaking with the floral designer, I am confident that this was a beautiful arrangement, made of fresh flowers, that matched up to the selected picture and then some, featuring beautiful orange roses (not red at all) instead of the peach color and had every other component in the picture and actually more of the flowers than pictured. It was delivered promptly and I'm willing to bet still looks great today! I also take issue with her inaccuracies and assumptions in her complaint above but I will leave this as is for now.
