Great place for Pokémon cards! My son loves it. Staff is always patient and friendly. Being abe to buy and sell individual cards is very cool. I am happy to pay a few dollars more to help cover your guys overhead. Nice break from massive retail giants and online shopping....Thanks

Leaving this review simply because they couldn't simply say "were sorry" This is not a reflection on the store itself but rather the online portion. For context I order codes of websites for card games I've used a few sites all of which have a reviewing process at times but it's always quickly reviewed regardless of time, I know some of these companies will hire people in other countries to help them fulfill orders at a better rate. This stores online portion I made a simple order which was flagged for fraud, which is the first time it's happened and I've been in the country I'm in for 3 months now. Now when you see the words "instant delivery" you expect well... instant delivery.. instead it took several hours for my order to be reviewed and sent back Granted** it was about 3am for them and they didn't have anyone outsourced helping them which I realized about 45m into waiting (the outsourcing,.I knew the time) So I messaged them on Twitter , Insta, and email. The insta was the first to reply a few hours later.. but instead of offering any apology instantly went to defend the reasons why. In a way I can understand After the initial message to me I responded with ""I noticed after I ordered, the other sites I order from are able to fulfill my orders at all times.. so I was expecting around the same ...is there a disclaimer about the times ? If the service says instant, waiting several hours is a bit of a long haul. I understand its stated on the website "Orders filed after 5pm EST are not able to be reviewed until the following morning at 10am EST" I'm also confused as to why my 5$ order had to be reviewed ... "" This main focus being a disclaimer. To which a reply was rendered, of more excuses or explanations depending on what side you decide to take.. In all honesty I just wanted was a simple "Most orders are fufilled instantly, in some cases we do have to review.. This is for our safety but mainly yours. I'm sorry this happened to you after business hours for us. When we get started for the day we will make sure to get this order situated"

Incredible shop if you're into Pokemon or games. The staff is super friendly and their prices for booster boxes are great. They sell singles too using TCG market value which is so awesome to see. If you're a collector, player or fan in general, it's worth stopping by!
