Its not really a camp ground, more like a seasonal 2nd home for people. Campgrounds are for people who can't have the opportunity to go to the wilderness and enjoy quite time with mother nature or enjoy the surroundings, its to bad that money has to ruin the good qualities we once had. If you want to become seasonal then this place is awesome, but not for me. I'll move on and find another location.

We stayed at the lake house with our kids (3&7). They loved the lofted area with their own bathroom and the king bed room was huge! The screened porch was a favorite and the place made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Kids loved the beach and 2 playgrounds, boats. It was not too far from Manchester so we spent a day downtown, loved visiting the Bookery and the cute A&E coffee shop. We hope to be back!

One of my favorite places to camp! Staff is always so kind and helpful. The lake is great for swimming, fishing, and canoeing. Plus the view and wildlife is amazing. I’d definitely recommend checking this place out!

Prices vary per type of site. Prices are available on their website.
Yup There is a limit of 10 people per site.
You would need to bring your own tent or camper. There are 2 luxury tents for rent, one is solar powered the other full electric. There is a rental cabin and Lake House as well. Tents and cabin require a 3 night minimum stay and the Lake House a 5 night stay.
We do not offer day passes. You need to be a guest.
Around 40 minutes.
No seasonal only!
They do winter storage for seasonal guests but I am not sure if it is for the public.
No trailer or cabin rental
When they feel like putting it on for you probably the end of the month
