Only 1 star because this system won’t let you leave ZERO STARS. BEWARE: Unfriendly, unhelpful & DISORGANIZED ! Only friendly staff member is Andy !! We were trying to get a title and registration with new license plate and it took almost a month when we were quoted 2 days turn around time. We called them so many times and got a different story each time from every different person we spoke with. They told us everything was ready and we went there 3 times only to be told all 3 times that it wasn’t ready and FINALLY that they couldn’t help us with the registration & license plate. They gave us a refund for registration and license plate after 3 1/2 weeks of calls & in person visits & back and forth. We finally received our title from the State and went to a different agency (that Andy told us to go to) to get the license plate & registration and it took 30 minutes to get both. After a month of dealing with Auto Tags of East Broward. BEWARE. We will NEVER return to this tag agency. NEVER. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !

The women here seem so uninterested. I walk in and they're gossiping about a coworker and I have to stand there and wait to even be acknowledged. All I wanted was to mail in a signed title. The red haired woman has the worse attitude, snatching things away and rolling her eyes at other customers in the room. Almost rather wait an hour in line at the DMV then catch the bad energy in that room so early in the morning.

I went into Auto Tags to get a title transferred. Easy peasy!! No issues at all. I worked with a nice woman. A month later I went in to transfer another title. This time I worked with a Bruno. The guy was frazzled and seemed to have difficulty remembering what he was doing. Jumping from one task to another (some not having anything to do with my transaction). Finally he took payment and said he would have the title w/i 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I heard nothing so I started calling. It took awhile for Bruno to get back to me but when he did he said it was delayed. Something about a notary. (None of my documents were notarized in front of me). So I guess that AFTER THE FACT they went back and notarized my signatures!! I thought there was something suspicious and when I raised my concerns Bruno's personality changed on a dime! He became very nasty and belligerent. He said he would call me when the title came in. I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN!! After 10 days I heard nothing. I called up and spoke to a woman who said it takes time to get a title back 'we will call you when it comes in'. So that afternoon my attorney called the office up looking for the title. Amazingly "it just came in the mail". GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!

Rude , arrogance, and unprofessional people. They are a total rip off. I went there t o renewy license plate. When I ask how much it would be for their fee, I thought, I had heard $5. When it came time to pay, it was $15. The person's excuse, was that I did not hear correctly, when he said how much they charged. Crooks Their convenience fees are so high, that is unheard of it. Crooks. Stay away from that place.

Hi Ronald, there is several items that make up that price. Your initial transfer from out of state is more expensive because you’re required to convert your out-of-state title to a Florida title, pay an initial $225 impact fee, cost of a new plate, and the initial registration. The initial impact fee is not required to be paid again unless you are driving a second vehicle in your name at the same time and require another plate.
