Best Buy In Fort Lauderdale was completely better then margate store . My gps said it was closer at the time . Refreshing comparison to that terrible Best Buy out west ! I will continue to go to this one when needed . Not a long wait . Helpful employees. Nice store . All the more reason I never go west only because I was on the turnpike. Return the ring 2 ( unfortunately they where out of the 4 ) price was same as Amazon ( I just needed to have a camera set up right away) . I have bought car stereos there they do free installation in the past . I have faith in Best Buy Again. I was happy that I could return the wrong generation ring boor bell camera with receipt and buy a newer better one .

Knowledgeable and friendly service . The staff was attentive and efficient. If they didn’t have the answer they found someone that did. More impressive, they did not have what I wanted and recommended other places to find the merchandise. Great location !

Don't buy an open-box item EVER. We just spent $569 on an open-box dishwasher. Six hours later with a trip to Home Depot and a call to Whirlpool, we still have no running dishwasher. The hose from Best Buy that came with the machine was broken. It was missing a rubber connector. Plus, the brand new installation hose kit lacked the proper connectors despite me asking whether it was the correct kit -- that's what they gave me at Best Buy. Now we have to wait another week for the new hose. We still might have to return it if it doesn't work next week. Unless you are super handy or an installer, DO NOT buy an open box appliance. Or maybe spend an extra $200 for the install, though I think they would have needed to order a part anyway as well. I did appreciate our salesperson giving us a good deal with helpful information on a different unit. However, I'm extremely disappointed overall.

I had a great experience shopping at this store and receiving a highly professional service when I had an issue. The store manager, Ryan, is a gem! We had an exhibit at the convention center and our TV was damaged in shipping I had to buy another TV for the show, so I went to this BestBuy The experience was quick and pleasant and Ryan and I had a great conversation. Upon return, the TV would not boot up. I called the store and asked for Ryan and explained the situation and the fact that our show would start shortly and I could not leave the booth. Within minutes Ryan arranged for a credit for return and he personally picked another TV and delivered it himself to the show! He went above and beyond to help a customer in a bad situation. kudos to him and his employees and I highly recommend this store and Ryan's management.

I would appreciate it. I just started school and could definitely use it. I understand that it doesn't have a hard drive. Is that the only thing wrong with it, because I can add a hard drive. Fairly simple and cheap fix for something very benificial.

If you're mounting on a wall you will need a wall mount bracket. If you are placing it on a stand and you do not have an existing one, you will need to get one. You will need all cables to connect the tv to whatever equipment you will be connecting it to or connecting to it. You will also need a coaxial cable if connecting to a cable wall Outlet and there is no existing coax cable. I believe the tv only comes with the power cable and remote. Most of them are now shipped with batteries for the remote, so you don't have to worry about that, but all additional cables are your responsibility. Call ahead to let them know all the connections you will be making so they can tell you what cables you need to get. Good luck with your purchase
