I had a nail in my tire and really just needed it fixed. I had gone to a near by Tires Plus cuz they were the only ones open Sunday and right away they were like well you actually need 4 new tires. I was like what, I just had car serviced at dealer, trust me, they would tell you there if you need new tires cuz their mark-up is crazy. Since tires had air, waited to go during the week. Tried Midas on Sunrise, lack of attention to service so I went to google and found this place. Dale's had people to help right away and even with a full waiting room they were attentive. The technician that helped me, Rolando was actually really nice and without me saying anything went over my options felt thread and said you probably have another 3k miles on the tires. I do plan on replacing the tires before the end of the year so I am giving my business to this local shop for sure. They were helpful right away and provided honest service. That's hard to come by these days. I am so glad I decided to check them out.

They stole my headphones. Plain and simple. I've trusted Dales services for over 7 years now and this is very upsetting to me. A bond between a person and his mechanic is sacred, its a trust ;same as with a barber, when they continue to do great work, you continue to come back. Unfortunately this wasn't the case this past visit. I had gotten my car towed to Dales on a Thursday afternoon. I spoke with a man named JR. and he assured me they can service my car within a day, and they did. But when my car was returned my headphones were missing. I had left my Bose Sport Headphones ($180) in the center console of my LR2. I don't think i left them in there, i KNOW I left them in there. So on Tuesday I came to speak to JR and addressed my concerns to him and he offered no resolution to the problem and assured me hes the only one who worked on that vehicle and no one else got near my car, which leaves me to suspect he was the one who took them. And if he wasnt the one who took them, then maybe its best to be sure the car is locked when you are not around the vehicle you are servicing. Very upsetting from Dales and this past visit has left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Franky, Linda, and Dale was amazing. What great customer service I received. I love this place because of the Bahamas 🇧🇸 flag. Linda is very kind and polite and professional. Franky helped put my tire on professional and efficiently in a timely manner. Dale is the most reliable Boss he guided me through the whole process. What an amazing team great time love this place.
