Todd was awesome. Showed up promptly..very thorough in explaining all that he applied to the work areas for electrical. He dressed appropriately for the work to be performed re wearing protective gear, got things done in timely manner and just an overall pleasant guy. Jason spent several hours preparing our AC systems for the season. He thoroughly cleaned and tested them and replaced the filters. What was unusually impressive is how well Jason communicated at every step of the way, explaining what he was doing and why. I learned a good deal from him. He also explained some options we had if we wanted to do some upgrades. I cannot recommend Jason highly enough. We’ve had very good experiences with everyone from Heritage who has come to our home.
