Poor experience waited 4 weeks just to get email on delivery after I was paid up nothing, no response even after my order was in and paid 7 boxes not just for me, ignored my 3 emails. I called head quarters went through 3 people before where I'm at now trying to get a refund. If this is how your teaching our future girls to do business we're all doomed. I'll never order from them again

This is not an organization I would recommend. They do not care about you or your child. They care about how much money you can make with cookie and fall product sales. The CEO of this "non-profit" makes $207,000 a year. (It's public record go look it up), you are lining her and her lieutenants pockets. Cookies are $4 per box. Council pockets $3.60 at minimal of each sold. It takes 57,500 boxes just to pay their current CEO Mary Ann Jacob's salary. Do you want your child working just to make someone else wealthy? They also don't care about their employees. Pregnant? Fired! Bereavement? We don't care who died come to work. 4 years, 3 promotions and a bonus for great work? Fired because you asked about short-term! They claim to empower girls but they break down women. Have to stay under 50 employees to avoid offering FMLA.

Would not recommend. I recently placed an order and the order was CANCELLED without my knowledge. I had to follow up on it an was told that it was an issue with finding someone to deliver my cookies. First off, I should have been notified. This just shows a low business acumen. Secondly, if there is an issue with selling cookies, hire more people. More people=more people to deliver cookies=more cookies sold. Honestly, please check yourself before you wreck yourself, you are supposed to be helping raise up our future generation. UPDATE: REALLY WOULDNT RECOMMEND BASED ON UNPROFESSIONAL RESPONSE. Additionally, I'm sad that my response warranted such a reply, when there is a terrible review below mine describing an awful expirience of a little girl that appears to have been passed over. I know exactly how Girl Scouts cookie program works. I am giving you one star because the council failed, not the girls or parents. I ordered from an outreach troop for girls who are disadvantaged. Council staff would be processing the order and delivering my cookies. So, from your response, it's clear that you've already wrecked yourself.
