A+ experience. Guy is a great person to buy a boat from. He is genuine and honestly cares about selling you the right boat. He worked with me for a couple of weeks on the boat that we ultimately ended up purchasing. He gave me every opportunity that I wanted to be able to check things on the boat, and even gave me pointers for other things as well. Guy has been around boats for quite some time and once you have a conversation with him, this becomes very evident. He has some really interesting stories. He was not pushy at all and had the idea that if this boat was not right for you, then keep looking because he really wants you to have the right boat that is for you. I am very new to boating so honestly I do not know what is right for me, LOL...but he did his best to help me find something. A quick story about his customer service. After the purchase, we hooked up the trailer and was testing the lights. They did not work at all...I mean none. He started fiddling with connectors and wires and checking what he could. They still did not work and neither of us could get them working. The problem is that I am 3 hours away and that is a loooong way to go with no lights. Guy told me 'don't worry, I've got this for you'. He goes into his office and gets a card from his trailer specialist. He calls them and tells them that I am traveling a long distance and wanted to know if they could fit me in asap. He then tells me to take it there (just a few miles away) and that they will take care of everything. I get to the trailer shop and true to his word, they are waiting for me. They jumped on this immediately and fixed several things on my trailer. I went to pay them and I was told 'No charge, Guy is taking care of this'. WOW...just complete wow at the level of customer service. Since I am new to all this, this boat is probably going to be a stepping stone to something better in the future. I can totally see myself selling this boat through Guy as well as buying my next boat from him as well. He is a rarity in today's business world. Thank you Guy !!!

Not sure if we upset Guy after walking through an opened double entry gate looking for someone to buy a boat from, then walking up to a office trailer, knocked on the door, unlocked so looked inside no one there, coming out to a golf cart with two guys rolling up, one yelling can I help you apparently a second time while shrugging his shoulders and holding his arms out like we were breaking the law or stealing one of his anchors from the boats. If you don't want people in your lot when you're away lock the gate. Next time I guess we'll drive the Porsche and put on a tie. Unfortunately this is not the boat dealer for us first impressions are forever.
