My wife brushed her hair and damaged a gold hoop earring that she loved. Pretty much unrepairable and yet somehow fast fix did it and they did it in under an hour. Great price, great service, and extremely fast. I highly recommend them.

Picked up my watch after an hr WITH A HUGE GASH on the back of the watch. Its a new watch that needed a loose hand to be fixed into place. Didnt even say they ruined my watch when i picked it up. Didnt offer a to pay for a replacement backing. Didnt even offer at LEAST a refund() first and last time risking a repair or even going near the store ::::::UPDATE:::::: The owner contacted me personally and apologized for the mishap and invited me back to fix their mistake. They replaced the backing that was damaged and even provided a refund. The guy who helped me was gracious enough to set the time on my daughters watch too

Today I went in to have a prong fixed on my vintage wedding ring and also added some new prongs around my diamond . It turned out beautifully! My ring is from 1910 and I was a little unsure how adding the extra prongs would look. They did an amazing job and I look forward to making a custom new setting in the future. So glad to have found an honest, trustworthy , friendly, and experienced jeweler.

Had my silver chain sized down from an 18 in to a 15 in. Dropped it off and within the hr was done! It turned out perfect! The staff are all friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable as well. Will definitely be returning for all my jewelry needs :)
