It's a shame there's companies which manage companies' online reviews to make them look better than they are, because otherwise I might have heard the truth about this place. 4.4 stars on 394 reviews is such a joke. Prior to the "new management" (which is never a good sign) there was < 3 stars and like 100 reviews. Obviously they are getting negative reviews removed and probably fake positive reviews written. I cannot lie, the actually apartments are pretty good. Aside from the walls not being freshley painted, the baseboards/molding being scratched and scuffed, it's good. Could use new appliances, but it's fairly quiet and the AC is decent. The front office and management are a train wreck. They will make your experience miserable every step of the way, between signing your lease, resolving billing issues, processing work orders, to dealing with neighbors. A complete joke and the manager is the "Bad punchline." Adam couldn't manage a popsicle stand. You may wonder why the front office are not organized and unprofessional, look no further than the manager. The classic "blind leading the blind." Spending the extra $200/month and sign elsewhere.

Beautiful, very gorgeous grounds and great amenities. Only issues are overpaying for apartments with paint slapped on everything doorknobs, flooring, and spatters all through the home. Shoddy repairs all throughout. Needed to put in very many maintenance requests on things that were already nonfunctional upon move in. These requests were met promptly maybe twice. The rest you have to go looking for the maintenance team to actually get them worked on. The complex partners with a towing service and once a month they check for any cars with expired tags, not in use, flat tires etc. they give you a notice and then will tow your car the very next day. Does not matter if it’s a work week or the dmv is closed the next day. If there’s a thunderstorm (during summer there always is) if the lightning strikes loud and close enough the fire alarms in every apartment in your building and near the lightning strike will go off for hours until they send someone to turn them off. These apartments come with porches/patios and balcony’s that are screened in, however, hornets and wasps make their nests all over the place and will find a way in. They were kind enough to put packing tape around all the access points of the porch rather than seal the cracks and holes. So I needed to invest in flying insect killer. You may request bug spraying in your apartment but I highly doubt it kills any because there’s a roach issue I battled alongside with the guy who comes to spray. They have a Luxer one locker room for packages but Amazon delivery does not always put them in the lockers and will leave them on the floor in the center of the room for anyone to grab. I’ve lost packages this way and had to replace them. If your package is delivered to the wrong door do not count on your neighbors to do the right thing and give your mail back. They will keep it which we all know is illegal.
