Good customer service, decent studio apt with low utility expenses. Basically a nice place to live. No access to public transportation. Would be 5 stars except for the neighborhood wack job spy being my neighbor.

Place is very quiet which is good but apartments not that roomy. Kitchen is long like a hall not big if you like to cook. Living room and dining area and one bedroom ok small tub in bathroom. Think she pays over 800 for a one bedroom so ok if you not at home alot. A big step up would never work well with anyone thats got any handicapp problems. I dont know if they have units for that. Just dont like the kitchen if you like to cook too cramped.

Hi Debbie, The new apartments are officially opened and they are leasing now.
Dont think they accept Hud or my friend would be on it. Shes been trying to find some rental asst places and she lives there.
Not sure. I like living there. Kimberly is the contact there. 9-6pm. No extras like gym or pool, but quiet community. 🤗
Not sure but my friend is in a one bedroom not very big. Its nice and quiet back there but not alot of room kitchen is more like a hallway. Rest ok but but like small kitchen.
Around 900 for l bedroom my friend pays quiet area but apts not the biggest for price ok for 1 person
