My brother has been living here for the past 17 years...The people in this community have always been very nice and friendly, the association fees have been kept at a reasonable price and the grounds are well kept. This is a nice complex despite being and older condo!

No, not that good. Residents throw trash all over the place, people smoke in stairwells or in the parking lots, dogs defecate and the owners refuse to pick it up. Marbeya employees constantly have to pick up beer cans, wrappers, and general trash residents refuse to dispose of properly. The property management does the best they can. The residents are responsible for decrease in the quality of life in the complex. The buildings are very old, too. Sound travels like crazy. We could hear all of our neighbors close doors, prepare food in their kitchens, and even use (not just flush) the toilet. Also, despite the one way traffic, people constantly drive the wrong way.
