It depends on your situation. I attended the workshop in October 2010 and closed on my home in August 2011. If you follow tugged instructions, keep great records, and have patience you will close on your home.

We just closed on a beautiful house through naca last month. The process can be time consuming but it's worth it. Go to the website tomorrow and scroll down to the chat option. They have a live room with several representatives from 9 to 5. They'll answer your questions. For now, you should go to naca.com click on purchase and select attend a workshop. Sign up for the home buyers workshop (usually months out) and attend it to get your naca ID. That's the first step. Good luck.
